What is included in my order?
Each order from WatchKraft includes your fully assembled custom Seiko mod watch, a protective watch box, and a bracelet adjustment tool to help you resize the bracelet at home. All items are carefully packaged to ensure your watch arrives in excellent condition, ready to wear or gift.
What is a Seiko mod?
A Seiko mod is a customized watch built around an seiko NH or VK series movement, where parts such as the dial, bezel, hands, and crystal are individually sourced from specialised suppliers to create a unique timepiece. Enthusiasts love Seiko mods for their creativity and craftsmanship!
How long does it take to receive my custom Seiko mod?
Please note that all of our watches undergo a thorough assembly and quality control process prior to shipping.
To ensure each timepiece meets our highest standards, we require approximately 5–14 working days to carefully build, inspect, and prepare your order for dispatch. This processing period allows us to deliver a meticulously finished watch that meets your expectations upon arrival.

Do you provide a warranty?
WatchKraft offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all professionally assembled watches, provided they are used under normal, intended conditions.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, movement malfunctions due to factory-related issues, and misalignment of hands or dial caused by assembly defects.
However, it does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or impacts (e.g., dropping the watch), water damage due to improper crown sealing or exposure beyond the stated water resistance rating, external factors such as extreme temperatures or chemicals, normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, etc.), battery replacement unless faulty within the warranty period, issues from unauthorized repairs, or defects related to the strap, bracelet, or clasp.
