1. Warranty Coverage

WatchKraft offers a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date for all professionally built watches, provided they are used under normal, intended conditions.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

• Movement malfunctions due to factory-related issues

• Misalignment of hands or dial resulting from assembly defects

2. What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or impact (e.g., dropping or rough handling)

• Water damage due to improper sealing or exposure beyond the stated water resistance rating

• Damage from external sources such as chemicals, fire, or extreme temperatures

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, discoloration, or fading)

• Battery replacement unless deemed defective during the warranty period

• Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or improper servicing

• Wear or defects related to the bracelet, strap, or clasp

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:

• A copy of your original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos showing the defect, if visible
